Regenerative Solutions
Transforming Waste Into Wealth
At Regenovation, we’re pioneering innovative solutions that convert biomass waste into valuable resources through our cutting-edge micro-factory technologies. We work with best-in-class pyrolysis & anaerobic digestion technology companies, and deploy and maintain our micro-factories on farms, forests, in factories and when disaster hits, in emergency relief situations. While boosting anaerobic digestion energy production by 20-40%, our solutions also generate multiple regenerative products, such as:
- Biochar
- Fertilizer
- Clean water
- Renewable energy
Our Unique Approach:
- Discovery Process: We believe in understanding problems firsthand. Our team and our partners go directly to where challenges exist, observing on-site conditions and engaging with stakeholders to gain crucial insights.
- Impact-Focused Project Management: Every solution is tailored to maximize positive outcomes for both the environment and local communities, while applying state-of-the-art, AI and cloud-based project management approaches.

SOLUTION #1
C1000 PYROLYSIS TECHNOLOGY*
(Biochar, Energy & Water from Agricultural Waste)
* (impact data below represent one country or project installation with ten C1000 plants,
producing 10,000 tons of biochar p.a. at full operating capacity, with >20-year project lifespan)
What does it do?
Our pyrolysis technology is an easily transportable micro-factory that converts woody biomass waste into biochar, renewable off-grid energy and water, offering a circular and scalable alternative to centralized waste-to-energy solutions.
Market & Revenue Potential
- Target markets 2026-2035: 10 countries in Caribbean & Latin America
- Projected 10-Year Net Revenue (FCF) per Project: US$60M
- Unique Selling Proposition:
- Addresses the intersection of waste, water, and energy & food insecurity
- Best-in-class pyrolysis technology = highest overall efficiency & impact, real-time monitoring & upgrades
- Heat & electricity generated by plant significantly offset need for external power supply; surplus electricity can feed into grid
- Projected 10-Year Net Revenue (FCF) per Project: ~US$18M
Agricultural & economic impact (per project)
- Biochar Produced: 200,000 tonnes
- CO₂e sequestered: ~500,000 Mt CO₂e
- Soil Productivity: Significantly improved through biochar use
- 70,000 acres brought back into production
- 20-50% yield increases over 3–5 years in degraded tropical soils
- 90% reduction in fertilizer requirements due to biochar substitution & improved nutrient retention
- Improved water holding capacity — critical in drought-prone Caribbean context
- Permanence: benefits persist 100+ years in soil
- Animal health & productivity increased dramatically with biochar added to feed
- Economic benefits
- Farmers save millions of dollars annually in reduced fertilizer costs; incomes increase with greater soil productivity
- Country dramatically reduces foreign exchange outlays on imported fertilizer & food
- Carbon Offset Removal Credits (CORCs): US$76 million
- 20-year ROI: ~18%
SOLUTION #2
ANAEROBIC DIGESTION*
(Converting Organic Waste into Pipeline Quality Biomethand & Regenerative Byproducts)
* (impact data below represent one country or project installation with four AD plants,
producing 12 M Nm3 biomethane p.a. at full operating capacity with >20-year project lifespan)
What does it do?
Our anaerobic digestion (AD) micro-factories convert agricultural and food-processing waste — including poultry litter, crop residues, food waste, and energy crops — into pipeline-quality renewable natural gas (biomethane), organic fertilizer, and CO₂ for industrial use.
- Biomethane (RNG) directly replaces imported LNG/CNG, keeping prices stable, foreign exchange in-country and delivering carbon-neutral energy
- Digestate Fertilizer = Nutrient-rich organic soil amendment that replaces synthetic fertilizers, closing the nutrient loop back to farmland
- High quality biogenic CO₂ captured during biogas upgrading is suitable for beverage carbonation, greenhouse enrichment, or industrial applications
Market & Revenue Potential
- Global RNG market projected to exceed $80B by 2030
- Target markets 2026-2035: 10 countries in Caribbean & Latin America, specifically:
- Agricultural processors and large-scale livestock operations
- Food & beverage manufacturers with organic waste streams
- Municipal and regional governments pursuing Net Zero targets
- Small island developing states (SIDS) dependent on imported fossil fuels
- Unique Selling Proposition:
- Best-in-class AD technology: self-cleaning, fully automated plant with degritting and bio-optimization
- AD technology works hand-in-hand with our pyrolysis systems, creating an integrated circular economy where every input generates multiple revenue streams and every output displaces an import.
- Projected 10-Year Net Revenue (FCF) per Project: >US$30M, with multiple revenue streams:
- RNG sales, carbon credits, tipping fees (waste disposal), fertilizer sales, CO2 offtake
Environmental & economic impact (per project)
- Biomethane Produced >12 M Nm3
- Grid-compatible output — Biomethane integrates directly with existing natural gas infrastructure with no end-user equipment changes
- Methane Avoided: Elimination of uncontrolled methane emissions from tens of thousands of tonnes of organic waste
- CO₂e Reduction: 50,000–150,000 tonnes CO₂e per year (depending on scale and feedstock)
- Soil Restoration: Digestate returns nutrients to farmland, reducing synthetic fertilizer dependence by up to 40%
- Water Protection: Prevents nutrient runoff and groundwater contamination from untreated waste
- Economic benefits
- Energy sovereignty — Domestically produced RNG displaces imported fossil fuels, reducing dependence on volatile global energy markets
- Dramatic reduction in foreign exchange spent on imported fossil fuel (est. savings of >US$200M over 25 years)
- Digestate + biochar improves soil fertility → increased agricultural productivity & farm income, reduced food imports & FOREX savings
- Additional business opportunities (& job creation) related to other applications of digestate, CO2 uses
- 20-year ROI: ~17%
