What does it do?
Our anaerobic digestion (AD) micro-factories convert agricultural and food-processing waste — including poultry litter, crop residues, food waste, and energy crops — into pipeline-quality renewable natural gas (biomethane), organic fertilizer, and CO₂ for industrial use.
- Biomethane (RNG) directly replaces imported LNG/CNG, keeping prices stable, foreign exchange in-country and delivering carbon-neutral energy
- Digestate Fertilizer = Nutrient-rich organic soil amendment that replaces synthetic fertilizers, closing the nutrient loop back to farmland
- High quality biogenic CO₂ captured during biogas upgrading is suitable for beverage carbonation, greenhouse enrichment, or industrial applications

Our Traction
Our Progress So Far: Project roll-out in Barbados (Aug'2026)
- Technology: Industry-leading pyrolysis & AD vendors selected; first plant ready to ship on funding (by end of 2026)
- Site 1 lease agreement – 20-year lease with 10-year extension option, Sunbury Plantation, Barbados; planning permit request in process
- Biomethane Partnership Memorandum signed with Barbados National Energy Company Ltd (BNECL) for biomethane offtake; negotiating purchase agreement of 6 M Nm3 biomethane & Phase 2 equity investment
- Feedstock/offtake teaming agreements with:
- Chickmont Foods – island’s largest food company and chicken supplier, to provide all their waste products to power our Phase 2 AD plant at a minimum
- Armag Farms – another of the island’s major food producers for feedstock for phases
1 & 2 and offtake of our biochar and soil amendments. - Multiple other letters of intent with suppliers of agricultural & woody waste feedstock
- Agricultural & animal feed experimental trials with biochar planned for Q3/4 2026 & 2027-28 in collaboration with Ministry of Agriculture, UWI-CAGRI, BADMC & private farmers
- Securing investment:
- US$500K in friends and family capital raised to date (July 2026)
